The bank project is quite a story, started off
small, yet grew huge, and eventually blew up. Began as a simple MS Access
project for Bankers Trust. These BT crooks were bought out by Deutsche
Bank, who legitimized the bank consultant relationship with Cataldi &
Associates, but the crooks were still in charge, until they themselves
orchestrated a buy out of a large Chicago firm, RREEF, which eventually

When DB bought BT the German auditors came in asking, what is this nine thousand dollar project, six thousand paid, and nine months overdue. No, we said, it is eighty six thousand, the check is in the mail, and another eighty six thousand is authorized. The next day the honorable DB auditor reported that we were scammed, no check in the mail, no official project past the original nine thousand. Yet, he told us, we bought the bank (BT) for the superior client list, and as we were automating this list and all contacts to those on the list, DB decided to continue. A DB check for eighty six thousand is now in the mail, and the second is budgeted and authorized. Continue please he asked. Be clear to understand DB has always been honorable and logical, do not confuse BT and DB. Yet do to Ted Stratis, DB is exposed in several ways. "And calling my 86 year old, uninvolved father, for the first, to 'tell on me', a whole day before you even had the courtesy to respond to me, is both unprofessional, and is now causing your employer public disgrace at a time when Germany and Americans already have strained relations.

| The only reason I went to FEMA is that the BT group - DB officers - told me both projects were dead, then last week Ted Stratis asked to keep it alive. I own my technology as payment promised is still due- and as a contractor I place a lien on my work. I have rights to publish my efforts, for all to have freely; but the the bank may not use it! |

Application no: 910536851 Dear Sir: It appears to me that I must file soon for all possible compensation due legally, regarding the 9-11 terrorist attack. Please consider this my official request to be considered for any loss compensation legally due me. I am working for it, but at this time, I am unable to provide objective proof of my losses, yet expect to be able to soon. I am trying to obtain copies of all pertinent contracts, and more importantly, I am still working to eliminate any losses with all reasonable effort, and these efforts to ameliorate losses continues. I am sending back completed, all forms sent me although my specific situation doesn’t seem to fit well into the forms, and therefore I may not have provided enough detail for your satisfaction. Please advise me if more specificity is required. To simply summarize data collected by the forms, I averaged about 10K gross, or 5K net income during each of the last four years of this project. There are no significant assets or liabilities. My financial status is unchanged from its’ ‘pre 9-11’ condition; rather it has failed to improve as would have been expected with no terrorist attack on 9-11-01. As events cement,
and as soon as possible, I will forward all details that may help
identify and objectify my losses more clearly.

changed at the bank. The bank has 'put on hold' all activities related
to our projects despite our on going efforts to re-tool in any way
required, and the bank began to acquire other property around the
country so operations in North America would never again have to stop.
New people of an acquisition recently fired all the original bank people
who wanted our programs. It is now possible to say with certainty that
our losses have materialized; it is no longer possible to expect to
collect any money for the years of invested efforts. I am including a document that my brother made to estimate all losses, including the more ambiguous losses. It also specifics pertinent details such as historical cash flow divinations, and a contact in the bank. I also send copies of my 9-20-02 correspondence so you have a complete package herein.

write this in response to your correspondence of 10-29-02, and to
summarize salient events to this point. On 9-20-02 I completed these forms and sent them to the SBA office in Niagara Falls as instructed. During the next month I worked to better quantify losses, and on 10-20-02 I sent a second packet, with additional information, to the SBA office in Niagara Falls where it found Bruce Singer. Bruce Singer immediately forwarded my information packet to Atlanta, because, I was told, I live in Wisconsin, and the Niagara Falls office deals only with New York residents. After receiving my information packet on 10-29-02, you called and informed me that I completed the wrong form; I should have completed the Wisconsin form 9TWI, and yet I was sent, and returned the New York form. I believe that, despite this, I did post an official claim in a timely manner In retrospect, Form 9TWI is titled as a Wisconsin form, though I was unaware of its existence; however I was sent Form 3364, which offers no clue that it is New York specific, rather it sounds like a generic governmental form. I believe your review will determine that I acted prudently, given that I should not reasonably have been expected to recognize that I was sent and returned the wrong form. I earnestly hope that this confusion between Wisconsin and New York forms can be viewed simply as a correction of a form, so that I do not get punished for confusion and errors that were likely beyond my control.
